i've been lifting for close to 8 years now, with about a 1 month break back in 01.
I've done the natural minor supplement thing for years.

i understand you disagree with my approach and i shouldn't endorse it as a solution. But I also don't like giving solid mass numbers to people, because when they don't reach that 15 lbs of promise lean mass, they will lose faith, and i've seen this way too many times to count.


I know guys who've lifted as long as I did and are hard gainers, where gains 5 lbs its like a feat in itself. You should like you can gain size easily, but thats not a universal truth for everyone out there.
