SJ/philly Fender rolling and alignment with -camber

Looking to get my s2000 fenders rolled to run 18x8.5 +38 on all corners with minimal camber. I was going to just buy the roller since I am a metal fabricator and operate a flanger for a living, but paint cracking is my arch nemesis and no amount of heat gun will save me consider past bad luck in the department of cracking paint when forming on my brake press.

Any good shops or reputable rollers around here that can do it same day while I wait?

I am also looking for an alignment shop that will align and set my camber to -3. A few local shops won't touch lowered and cambered cars
