aggressive driving

I was pulled over for 107mph in a 55 (i know, i know) anyway get a speeding ticket and 5 points...while the officer was writing the ticket a driver who i passed gets behind the cop and complains about me...the cop then proceeds to write me a ticket for agg. driving...when i asked why i was getting another ticket based on what the other guy said the officer responds "well, i put two and two together...I pled guilty to speeding paid the fine and still dealing with PENNDOT...i am fighting the aggr. driving do i have a case?
