Ready to Fix?

I was looking into TRYING to buy a supra TT but there so expensive (obviousley) but i was wondering ,on the ready to fix web site I always see alot of supra's .Is it really cheaper to buy one of them for like $6,000 and putting some money into them to make them running again?? Does anyone know of anyone that did such a thing. Let me know. Thanks
