Sad to say that TriStateTuners will be going offline sometime around Oct. 15, 2024. After 20 years online, times have changed and its no secret that the forum's activity level has slowed to a crawl. Its been an incredible run with so many amazing friendships formed and community events held, plus all of the technical knowledge and entertainment shared online. I know I'm not the only one who has had both their personal and professional life impacted and improved significantly from this community, and I'm happy to have been a part of something so special. Thank you to so many people who volunteered to the community -- the entire moderating team, behind the scenes IT support, those who organized events, and everyone who contributed online to this unique local car community. I hope that many years after the prime of TST, many of you are still enjoying cars even if we are all "grown up" now. Please take the time to revisit your member journal and reminisce, or browse any other parts of the forum. Maybe reach out to an old friend or two and make plans to grab dinner and catch up. The timeline may change slightly but I wanted to get this notice up as quickly as possible to give everyone a bit of advance notice. Thanks for everything, TROLL

A few weeks ago i traded my 02 WRX for 06 legacy gt limited so i had something a little larger but still fun to drive, my wife had our 1st child 3 weeks ago. Well i got bored today so i decided to take apart my headlights and custom paint them black, kinda like i had on my wrx. heres the front bumper off, had to remove it to get the lights out. heres a before pic and after also a week or so ago i decided to clean up the exhaust tips, heres a before and after of those, super fine steel wool, glass cleaner, and a little elbow grease go a long way on chrome tips. and just for fun, my r34 skyline xmods rc car ;D
