Spent the day at Monticello

Got invited last minute to the Jaguar day at Monticello. I wish I was a member, it's such a cool place.

I got to go out with Roberto Guerro in an XKR so I had to show how great of driver I was.

I was pretty fast and waved by alot but almost went off track twice. Then I got to ride shotgun with him. Which just went to show why he is paid to do this stuff.

I did throw my GoPro camera in the window but the battery was just about dead. Probably didn't get a whole lot of video. Very sad since riding shotgun with a former indy driver is pretty goddam fun.

We also took the new XJ out for a drive. For a big luxury car it feels very light on it's feet. I haven't driven any of the new BMWs but have driven the whole range of AMG cars. They feel very big, slow to respond and a little to blingy IMO compared to the Jaguar range. Of course I am biased so take it for what it's worth.
