got yellow/foggy headlights?

Didnt think this really worked but seen it on clubcivic so figured i would give it a try. I had pretty bad yellow foggy headlights so i had the guy at my work was going to charge me 30 bucks to clean them up for me like sand it down and clean it all that nonsense. but i seen this. Just use toothpaste!
