can someone cut some vinyl with small logos and ship? ill pay costs

hey guys im hoping someone can do this for me ill pay all material/shipping charges. i paint shoes and other stuff but i have a shop interested in getting some shoes done if they look and sell good.

i need a sheet of vinyl with a bunch of small logos cut so i can use it as a mask. if someone can do this for me and mail it i will pay all costs. the letters arent to complicated i just dont have the equipment. the color of the vinyl doesnt matter as ill be using it as a mask. i prefer the glue to stick good so it doesnt bleed although ill be using an airbrush so the paint wont be heavy.
