any one have a series 2 AEM standalone for their ODB1 honda?

so my buddy and i are tuning a AEM standalone on his 95 integra and we have a couple glitches. the car drives fine but when u rev at idle the car cuts at 3k and the RPM's bounce between like 500 and 1000. this only happens at idle as well.

the O2 sensor also reads 9.95 all the time but i think this isent the factory sensor and is only used for widebands, is this true?

we also cant check the timing on the car because there are no marks left on the crank pulley. what do we do?
