Question about 3G and signal strength?
I currently have Tmobile (yeah yeah, I know) and im having trouble getting good signal at my house. Someone had mentioned to me that if I upgrade to a 3G phone, my signal strength would most likely improve as 3G is able to broadcast for a longer range and is better at penetrating walls.
So I guess my question is... do you guys get better signal strength and fewer dropped calls over 3G over older GSM networks? PS. PLEASE DONT TELL ME TO CHANGE MY CARRIER!!! I plan to ditch them in a few months when my contract is up, but until that time comes Im thinking of getting a 3G phone.
