Sad to say that TriStateTuners will be going offline sometime around Oct. 15, 2024. After 20 years online, times have changed and its no secret that the forum's activity level has slowed to a crawl. Its been an incredible run with so many amazing friendships formed and community events held, plus all of the technical knowledge and entertainment shared online. I know I'm not the only one who has had both their personal and professional life impacted and improved significantly from this community, and I'm happy to have been a part of something so special. Thank you to so many people who volunteered to the community -- the entire moderating team, behind the scenes IT support, those who organized events, and everyone who contributed online to this unique local car community. I hope that many years after the prime of TST, many of you are still enjoying cars even if we are all "grown up" now. Please take the time to revisit your member journal and reminisce, or browse any other parts of the forum. Maybe reach out to an old friend or two and make plans to grab dinner and catch up. The timeline may change slightly but I wanted to get this notice up as quickly as possible to give everyone a bit of advance notice. Thanks for everything, TROLL

STiGuy06 Tri-State Addict Join Date: Oct 2009 Member #14844 iTrader: (0)	Amsoil question Which one should i get for my STi? I heard so many good things about this stuff but i'm not sure which type to buy. They have all different types (0, 5,10w, etc...). Links would be great to actual product so i have a pic for reference. I don't know what the previous owner used but the 1st and only oil change i did so far, i put in Royal Purple (was told never to use that again then) and its 3k oil change is 300mi's from being due. Car's only got 12,700k on it lol. - I don't race or drag the car - It's not my daily driver (drive it maybe once a week), although for the past 2 weeks it is until my Jetta is out of the shop. - It only sees nice warm days/some cold ones as long as it's nice out, no rain, snow. __________________ *Josh Story Design* Last edited by STiGuy06; 04-20-2010 at 09:35 AM.
