Nikon announces 24/1.4, 16-35/4 VR

I think it's very cool that they gave an ultra-wide VR and it's still less than $1300. This one I could actually see myself getting.

The 24/1.4 looks rad, and will be awesome for video (so will the 16-35), but costs almost $2200. Yikes. I hope this will just drive down the price of the old overpriced 28/1.4 AF-D.

I was hoping they'll bring a new 35/1.4, but if it's priced like the 24/1.4 there's no way I'm getting it. They still have a few announcements left over the next month or so, we'll see.
