quote for molding lip to front bumper?

hi, i have a few questions and i was wondering if you guys could help me out.

1) i recently purchased a used lip and i was wondering how much it would cost to have it molded to my front bumper (apparently the lip has some weird fitment issues). fyi, i drive a mazda 3 hatchback and the lip is fiberglass.

2) how much more would it be to have the lip/bumper paint matched?

3) i have a few dings and light scrapes on my rear driver side and front passenger door, can you guys fix them and how much?
