I need your opinions. Ebay Scam or Not?

This is what I got from the "lady" in email. Since you can't bid on it, the process it's considered a direct sale.

This 2000 Honda Prelude is in perfect working condition.
This vehicle engine runs very, very smooth. No electrical or mechanical problems on this beauty. This detailed vehicle makes the exterior looks like it just came off the assembly line. The asking price for it is $2,900.00
Because of my divorce settlement,i own this car and as a woman without driver`s license i don`t need it so i`m trying to get rid of it as soon as possible(that`s why i`m selling it so cheap) so the first one came is the first one served.
The thing is i`m very busy and i don`t have time to stay and meet with all my potential buyers, that is why i gave to a shipping company that will ship it to the next owner(on my cost), so i'm trying to sell it online under eBay`s protection.
I will only deal through eBay for our own protection so they act as a neutral third party. They will hold and insure your money until receipt of the car in good conditon.
You will be gived a 15 days inspection period before releasing the payment. If you wish to purchase it please provide me your full name and address so I can initiate the deal through eBay.
