I may come across as a "Grammar Nazi" (shut it Barry, I know what you're thinking), but I see a decline in American youth. I believe that our society is so concerned with having a high graduation rate that they eased the requirements to graduate. I know I had a hard time with 12th grade English. And I also have a hard time using a semicolon correctly. But...my sentences are correctly organized and my punctuation is fairly spot on so I can let it slide.

I just feel, sometimes, that no one takes pride in sounding intelligent anymore. I guess sounding "challenged" is cool. LOL

There are kids from other countries/backgrounds that can speak and write better English than some of us. They are also multilingual, yet it is too hard for some of us to get OUR OWN language correct.

So, in closing, yes I WOULD like fries with that.
