my parents are moving (to a house "without enough room for me") ive been frantically looking for a house to buy, since im able to, and i need somewhere to live. id rather buy than rent...

anyway, i found a house i want, and was working with tosco elite realtors in collegeville, pa (working with anthony tosco)

i had him put a bid in for 82k, he said they didnt take it. he told me he knew people in HUD (the house i was looking at was a hud house / gov owned)

after that, i wasnt able to get back in touch with him, only his secretary. i was in a rush to get this house, so i called everyday, and everytime i called, the secretary told me he wasnt available, but that he would call me right back. he never did. so a couple days after i was told they didnt take my bid for 82, i told them to put in a bid for 84. the next day, the secretary said they didnt take it. still couldnt get anthony tosco on the phone for some reason.

so this morning i called (its been about 2 weeks since i talked to anthony) and got the same run around. i called back again at noon, and was told someone put in a full asking price bid on the house and bought it. wtf?

so i called another realtor and asked about the house. she told me someone just bought the house for 86k. they were asking 116k for the house, and my last bid was 84 (if they even put my bid in). anothony tosco's secretary told me someone bought it for full price.

im thinking my realtor liked the house and decided to buy it for himself.
meanwhile, he completely ****ed me over, treated me like ****, lied, avoided me... WTF.

my parents are changing their locks out in less than 2 weeks and i have no where to go. i was planning on getting this house, and maybe having to get a motel room for a week or 2 while i fixed the house up to pass U&O inspection.

now im ****ed, not a clue what im gonna do.

am i being paranoid, or did i really just get ****ed by my real estate agent. i want to kill this guy
