Troubleshooting an RC51...

I bought a downed RC51 last summer that i've not yet had a chance to ride. The previous owner did a fair amount of body damage, but the bike itself was fine. After replacing the battery, radiator, and fluids, I can get the bike to turn over but not start. I checked for spark, the plugs look good, and the spark is nice and blue. I turned the bike over a fair amount and the plugs were not wet from fuel, nor did I really notice a smell of fuel. I can hear the fuel pump priming when I turn the key, but I'm not sure if the fuel is actually reaching the cylinders. Can anyone make a recommendation?

(its an SP1 btw, 2000 model)
