clutch slave cylinder?

Ok I just put my motor back in and had to bleed the slave cylinder to get the clutch fork in. Now I have used my air bleeder and i have throw and the petal returns but it doesnt throw far enough to disengage the clutch. Am I doing something wrong? Im at a loss any help would be great
