Theft in PA
Ok, a girl i know got caugh stealing, first thing i think she've ever did anything wrong, we all make mistakes, she comes from a strong christian family. heres the deal, she went to goodwill didnt buy nothing or steal, went to kmart 2 stores down the strip mall, ended up stealing useless stuff like makeup. they were spotted stealing by employee, on way out the security gaurd grabbed there arms and pulled them aside, took them in back room and he emptied all there belongings meanwhile called the police. cops showed up, and handcupped them. Now let me emphasis... The cop did not read them there rights. when he handcupped them. Took them to police car to go to police station the onlything he asked was what happened and told them after they got handcupped this is the walk of shame.
Now, they went to police station and got pictures and fingerprinted. than they got taken back to there car and were good to go. a few days later police called them up saying that they were seen stealing in another store, could this just be because they are seeing if they are the ones who may have stole from a diff store that someone else was? but back to the point... is this fightable and what would be the outcome? |
