Cops Crack Down On Street Racers

Sad to say that TriStateTuners will be going offline sometime around Oct. 15, 2024. After 20 years online, times have changed and its no secret that the forum's activity level has slowed to a crawl. Its been an incredible run with so many amazing friendships formed and community events held, plus all of the technical knowledge and entertainment shared online. I know I'm not the only one who has had both their personal and professional life impacted and improved significantly from this community, and I'm happy to have been a part of something so special. Thank you to so many people who volunteered to the community -- the entire moderating team, behind the scenes IT support, those who organized events, and everyone who contributed online to this unique local car community. I hope that many years after the prime of TST, many of you are still enjoying cars even if we are all "grown up" now. Please take the time to revisit your member journal and reminisce, or browse any other parts of the forum. Maybe reach out to an old friend or two and make plans to grab dinner and catch up. The timeline may change slightly but I wanted to get this notice up as quickly as possible to give everyone a bit of advance notice. Thanks for everything, TROLL

I feel like the cops are taking it overboard by just searching for random cars. They must really need money right now. 600,000 dollars couldve been better spent fixing the streets. and i really hope nothin bad happened to that itr in the video!!! what if the cops down here started impounding and writing tickets for illegal mods. cops really need the money now i guess because yesterday my friend got a ticket for having a pioneer f90 screen in the car, the cop said even if the dvd isnt playing u are not allowed to have that in the front seat while driving even though his navigation screen was open!!!!..
