Sad to say that TriStateTuners will be going offline sometime around Oct. 15, 2024. After 20 years online, times have changed and its no secret that the forum's activity level has slowed to a crawl. Its been an incredible run with so many amazing friendships formed and community events held, plus all of the technical knowledge and entertainment shared online. I know I'm not the only one who has had both their personal and professional life impacted and improved significantly from this community, and I'm happy to have been a part of something so special. Thank you to so many people who volunteered to the community -- the entire moderating team, behind the scenes IT support, those who organized events, and everyone who contributed online to this unique local car community. I hope that many years after the prime of TST, many of you are still enjoying cars even if we are all "grown up" now. Please take the time to revisit your member journal and reminisce, or browse any other parts of the forum. Maybe reach out to an old friend or two and make plans to grab dinner and catch up. The timeline may change slightly but I wanted to get this notice up as quickly as possible to give everyone a bit of advance notice. Thanks for everything, TROLL

sur4die Tri-State Aficionado Join Date: Sep 2005 Location: Somerdale Member #899 iTrader: (0)	208ft/lb torque wrench i'm fixing my brothers Contour this week while he is home from school. the front wheel bearing has gone bad and we are replacing it. once we get the new bearing pressed we have to torque the new drive axle nut down to 208 ft/lb. let me say that again, 208 ft/lb.... my wrench only goes up to 150, so i was wondering if someone with a more capable wrench would be willing to help me out probably some time next week. lunch and/or beer would of course be provided. __________________ Got Wagon?
