Sad to say that TriStateTuners will be going offline sometime around Oct. 15, 2024. After 20 years online, times have changed and its no secret that the forum's activity level has slowed to a crawl. Its been an incredible run with so many amazing friendships formed and community events held, plus all of the technical knowledge and entertainment shared online. I know I'm not the only one who has had both their personal and professional life impacted and improved significantly from this community, and I'm happy to have been a part of something so special. Thank you to so many people who volunteered to the community -- the entire moderating team, behind the scenes IT support, those who organized events, and everyone who contributed online to this unique local car community. I hope that many years after the prime of TST, many of you are still enjoying cars even if we are all "grown up" now. Please take the time to revisit your member journal and reminisce, or browse any other parts of the forum. Maybe reach out to an old friend or two and make plans to grab dinner and catch up. The timeline may change slightly but I wanted to get this notice up as quickly as possible to give everyone a bit of advance notice. Thanks for everything, TROLL

TsiBoosted4G63 Tri-State Aficionado Join Date: Mar 2009 Location: South Jersey Member #10952 My Ride: 1992 Eagle Talon Tsi AWD- SOLD iTrader: (1)	Grinding gears....... I have a 92 tsi awd juts got it not to long ago. When I go into 1st it grinds very bad...sometimes it doesnt grind but then it will just pit it back out when i let off the clutch. Supposably a new act 2600 clutch was put it right before i got the car. I was told after the clutch was put it thats when it started to do that. Sometimes it will also go into gear with no problem but that is rare at this point......Looking for advice and ideas of what this could be. He said he has never had a problem with the trans at all. Will grind in reverse at times as well.....please help
