My dad has a 4 car garage where a previous tenant just left. Its 2 bays with doors and deep enough to fit 2 cars. It has electricity, running water and all utilities including an alarm system.

Its zoned commercial property and offices are available on site if needed (different building). The previous owner had a f360, r35 gtr, and i believe a ford explorer in there. The garage is safe, easy to get too,and is about 15-20 mins away from all philly bridges.

There is also a lift that can be installed in the building, the lift is currently in another building on site not getting used and im sure my dad's company wouldnt mind moving the lift to satisfy another tenant.
