Okay so I was searching for some reason and found a pic Barry posted of me. Keep in mind this is 06, about 25lbs less than I was at my biggest. I'm just realizing how big I really was and how far I have truely come in the past 10 months. I have 2 more months to make it a full year and my goal has already been met, however I changed it to go lower in weight. It's obvious anything can be done when you train hard and eat right, it just takes dedication and patience.
I'll post updated pics of myself in 2 months. There are some progress pics of me in this thread as well as some of you seeming me as of late, I do not look anything like this anymore. haha
