Sad to say that TriStateTuners will be going offline sometime around Oct. 15, 2024. After 20 years online, times have changed and its no secret that the forum's activity level has slowed to a crawl. Its been an incredible run with so many amazing friendships formed and community events held, plus all of the technical knowledge and entertainment shared online. I know I'm not the only one who has had both their personal and professional life impacted and improved significantly from this community, and I'm happy to have been a part of something so special. Thank you to so many people who volunteered to the community -- the entire moderating team, behind the scenes IT support, those who organized events, and everyone who contributed online to this unique local car community. I hope that many years after the prime of TST, many of you are still enjoying cars even if we are all "grown up" now. Please take the time to revisit your member journal and reminisce, or browse any other parts of the forum. Maybe reach out to an old friend or two and make plans to grab dinner and catch up. The timeline may change slightly but I wanted to get this notice up as quickly as possible to give everyone a bit of advance notice. Thanks for everything, TROLL

I honestly don't know that much about these yet but figured I'd post since I'm sure one of you does. Basically, totally interchangeable (including sensor) professional and hyper-professional cameras. How do you feel about 261 MP, besides that it's total overkill? I guess if you want to paint the roof of your mansion with a crop from a picture you took on vacation, that's the camera for you! I don't know what else you would do with a 186x56mm sensor (that does 28000x9334 stills and 28k video or 9K video at 50fps) but it's awesome technology. I'm more intrigued by the still-photography sensor sizes, like the FF35, 35MM, 16-bit sensor that is still 6K-video capable.
