New things around the JMF shop

Hey everyone, I suppose it's time for a bit of an update of what's going on lately at JM Fab. While the economy hasn't slowed down our business, we've still been able to do a few new things here and there while keeping up with current orders.

One of the new options we'd like to offer will be anodizing on certain parts. Right now we're looking to offer simple things like our spark plug and coil on plug covers, as well as battery tie downs and rear diffusers in the color black option. The plug covers will be engraved after anodizing to provide a nice silver look on letters and logos as seen below. The battery tie downs will probably be done the same way, but we want to hear back from you guys first on what you'd like.

Below you'll see an example of a tie down that was already engraved before anodizing. As for the rear diffusers, we'll also be looking into finding some aluminum hardware that can be anodized black as well to give a flat clean look, or you may also opt for the standard stainless hardware. I also want to mention this anodizing will be available for our bolt in fuel cells to those who want to run ethanol! There will be an additional charge with items for this option which we still need to finalize a rate for but it shouldn't be a wallet breaker. ;)

Anyway, on to the pics:

But that's not all. We've also been busy in the exhaust manifold department as well. Right now we've just completed the first of our production model Evo 4-9 T3 exhaust manifold. This manifold clears the stock upper radiator hose and provides nice snug fitment for both the turbo and the wastegate of your choice. As with our other manifolds we do extensive porting on the inlet and collector areas of our manifolds where as other companies just throw some welds on the insides and leave the transitions nice and bumpy. Here are some pics of our latest creation:

Keep an eye out as we begin to offer more exhaust manifolds in the future for DSM's and Evos in the T3 & T4, divided T3 & T4, and Tial V-band turbine housing inlets. We also have a few new show & shine items for the Evo that should be available soon too as the prototypes are already made up. I can't let the cat out of the bag on these just yet though.
