computer gurus...no sound problem
I have a toshiba satellite 1905-s301 laptop running windows xp home edition. Since a few hours ago, i get no sound. I did some investigating and i found that my sound device (Crystal WDM audio codec)has an error. I went to the toshiba website and downloaded it and reinstalled it and after the install, the laptop shut off and kept shutting off on start up. It is miraculously not shutting off anymore but if i try to play a video or mp3, it shuts off.
Anyone experience this? If so, how can i fix it? My system restore doesn't work either so thats not an option. I would like to avoid rebooting my computer because i have lots of important files. Any help is appreciated Thanx T |
