Curfew

When you say if you are under 18 and are out past a certain time you are against curfew, are you talking about being out and driving or just being out, walking around or such.
I understand the driving curfew law, but as far as having a curfew and not being aloud out, i have heard from several people who are very familiar with the law that curfew laws have been deemed unconstitutional.
