Driving with handicapped sticker on mirror?
I've seen many handicapped people driving around with the handicapped parking pass pass attached to the rearview mirror. My dad uses one and on the back it says not to leave up while driving. Is this technically a ticketable offense?

yep, obstruction of view
never stopped someone for it but I have told people with the huge key chain, fuzzy green thing, girls panties combination of crap hanging from their mirror to take it down if I have them stopped for something else.
