Member's Journal:2004 WRX Wagon-with 07 STI trans and motor inside

I never had actually created a member's journal, just a bunch of half assed threads in my time here on TST. Well through the kindness of the mods, several of my threads were merged togeother here to form my member's journal.
Here's a list of current mods on the vehicle:
PERFORMANCE
--------------
07 STI Trans
Stage 1 Clutch
Short throw shifter
07 STI long block-Done by AREA1320
CP 100 mil pistons
Covert Performance oil pick up tube
Cosworth headgasket
P&P VF-43
Perrin Lightweight Pulley
v7 JDM STI intercooler
STI Heavy Duty Timing Belt
Tial 38mm EWG
Ultimate Racing up pipe
GFB Stealth Blow off valve
Bosal TBE modified to fit with EWG
QTP Exhaust cutout
Front and rear strut bars
P&P Throttle body
DW 750cc Injectors
2Pot WRX rear brakes with KartBoy adapter
4POT WRX front brakes
Grimmspeed boost control solenoid
Throttle body coolant bypass mod
SPT Intake and Heatshield
Perrin Turbo Inlet 2nd gen
Samco radiator hoses
Samco intercooler hoses
TGV eliminated
P&P crossover pipe
R180 STI Rear LSD mated to Hybrid Legacy GT Spec-B axles with WRX ends.
APPEARANCE:
-------------
STI bumper, fender swap
STI hood scoop
Impreza "I" on grill
Gold Rota Formel rims
automatic sunroof
tinted windows
hood decals
Auto dimming mirror with Home Link
Grounding Kit
Viper Alarm
Chrome pedal set covers
Weathertech Floormats
removed wagon roof rack
JDM hazard button
Forrester dual cup holders in rear
SPT oil and radiator caps
Perrin Radiator cover
07 STI factory radio with aux input
hardwired Satellite radio
hardwired radar detector
hardwired GPS
JDM rain guards
SOA bugshield for hood

Well, I finally did the front end swap. It took me a total of 3 hours to remove the wagon fender panels, bumper cover, bumper beam and splitters and reinstall the sedan fender panels, bumper cover, bumper beam and splitters. It looks very hawt....first nice day I'm gonna take the baby to the washy washy and take some pics.

haha, sorry, I had to.
But congrats on getting it done, the sedan flares look so much meaner. 3 hours doesn't seem bad at all. If you don't mind telling, how did you get a hold of the parts and how much were they?

That was quite the adventure. I bought the sedan flares ($250)and sedan bumper ($100) off SupratoWRX (Tim). Then I bought an STI front bumper with fog covers and splitters ($225). They had a little road rash which I was not happy with. Also the above lip would require a hold concealment package which with painting would cost an $180.00. SO I traded the STI bumper to karl for his WRX sedan bumper. And the rest is history.......

I bet it looks really good. BTW all wagons should get the wrx front clip, I love the widebody fenders and it would look hot on a wagon insteal of those flat ones. Post pics up asap with that c-west lip!!
