Anyone know of places in or around delaware county/philly that strips chrome or even a do it yourself way of stripping chrome? I picked up a set of wheels that have some chrome plating that is pealing and I would love to use the wheels, but they would have to be stripped before they could be prepped to do anything else with them.

Norwood, Pennsylvania. It's in Delaware County right off the Prospect Park exit of 95. Just south of the airport.
