My first Tat

Hey guys,
Got my first tattoo last night. Took 3.5 hours with two 5 minute breaks.
Its the crest of the country where I was born in.

I was aware of that before I even had it done, from what I was told large red areas like that never come out 1st try. In person the way the red is now makes it actually look like the crest is velvet so I'm liking it.

im digging the design, but honestly i think there could be more detail in the horses, in the crest, and some of the lines look squigly.

Wow, I would have never been able to sit that long. I would've been fidgeting like crazy.

Looks pretty nice man, what country is it that you were born in?

Not to nit pick but at the top of the 'badge' (for lack of better term) the two lines at the top look like they're crooked/wavy. Maybe that's just the way your skin is creasing because of your pose though?

Looks cool, but a little too cartoony for me. I would have love to see it rendered as a super realistic tat.
