Well i bought my vert the beginning of this June.. this will be the third site I will post a so called "build thread" on.. so enjoy and i will update as soon as i do something new to it..

Bought a 93 Vert.. I got it for 880 bucks.. 2xxxxx Miles. Its pretty clean.Tiny bit of rust but nothing unfixable.. Its just starting. I was told it has a blown headgasket but I dont think it does...The top is in pretty good condition could be better. The rear window is just a fadded.

Removed the engine from the vert!

Engine installed
5-speed Swap done
replaced old seats
vaccumed it and clean it up a bit
also mounted the intercooler . u could see a peice of it int the third picture.. lol

Sweet vert, what are your plans with it? I'm starting to think that 95% of these cars reside around the NE.

Good luck with the rest of the build. I've been wanting a 240 vert for the longest time. To bad i got enough projects as is or i begin building one myself. Care to share the rest of your plans for it?

I'm a big fan of verts and yours looks pretty clean. Are you boosting the KA? I'd highly recommend it lol.

yes i am boosting the ka.. its already built with some lower compression pistons.. but has stock rods.. but if should be find. should be turbo by next month.

Stock rods hold up very well from what I hear. I'm running 11psi on a completely stock block without any issues.

yea . i hear they are good up to like 300hp.. but i regret being cheap and now spending 300 on some eagle rods.
