Here are some very long overdue pictures. A good friend of mine asked me to take these pictures of a model and a couple cars. The model had never posed with a car or modeled of any sort, but she was very fun to work with and became comfortable in front of the camera very quickly. C&C if you like.

was the point of the shoot the cars or the girl? if it was the girl, then not bad. if it was the cars, then you spent too much time on the girl. if it was both, you spent too much time on the girl. i do like most of them, there are a few reflections im not fond of and a few crops i would re-think but other than that not bad.

1's pose doesnt look natural and rather uncomfortable. 6 has noise issues in the blacks. but other than that they're nice shots.

The shoot was for the girl, the cars just happened to provide the backdrop. But I didn't pick the location, the time of day (9am...yuck) or anything else. I just provided the camera skill.

ah okay. yea lighting at 9am is going to be rough unless its overcast. some of the crops are a little too tight for me but overall you did well.

not bad, theres some blown highlights that bother me in some of them. on #2 and 4 the hair goin across the face is kinda distracting.

maybe try later in the day with better light or earlier in the morning. they look like midday and the sun is hard to work with then, especially with a black car and all that white/concrete

Yeah I know there are some blown highlights...It was early in the day and the shots were kind-of rushed so I wasn't paying attention to certain things as much as I should have...which leads me to the hair in #2. I like the shot overall and I wasn't able to get rid of the hair in PP so I just left it. #4, I like how the hair is across her face, I think it works.

I know the time of day sucked...it was 9am, I didn't have any choice on the time or the location unfortunately. I prefer to shoot around 4-5pm. Thanks for your input!

Meh...shes hot, but the hair is a mess.

Composed rather iffy.

IDK, I just don't "feel" it.

Not saying I wouldn't LOVE to "feel" it (if you catch the drift) but I just feel its poorly done, especially for a site like that.

I haven't shot very many models, I'd say about 95% of my pictures are of just cars so I'm still learning the model aspect. Thanks for the comments.
