Tickets!!!!!
The other night I was in an accident, my car was totalled. Other than the reckless i received the cop also wrote me a ticket for bald tires, but i did have a brand new tire in the trunk. Can that ticket be issued? Also my car hit a pole, i got another tick for speeding across a sidewalk?, but my car never really was on the side walk but very close to it, can i fight that? umm wasnt the reckless enough

So you got a ticket for your tires being bald but the tires you should have on your car are instead in your trunk and you want to know if that ticket was issued justly? I mean thats how im reading it but you must have worded that wrong, you cant really have asked me that.
It is your right to plead not guilty to any charge and plead your case in court.
