Yes, it's true! I've been looking for one forever and FINALLY I found one! I have a lot of big plans
for this car, including an LS1 and a 5-speed, which are already at the shop! I plan on tubbing/shaving the bay,
since it will be basically tucked with the V8 in there. I'm not going to go all out and JDM with this one like I did
with the STI, since I really want to be able to drive and enjoy this thing. It will get some sick aggressive wheels,
and a lip kit, and a roll cage, and some new paint, but other than that this thing is definitely going to be a driver.

Anyways, since I'm new to 240s, and don't know much about them, I'd LOVE any input that the 240 geniouses on this
site can give me!

I got love hate feelings reading this. I'm mad cause this was something i wanted to build in the future, but I'm happy because i want to see one get finished especially to the quality of your STi and locally. I'm pretty excited in all seriousness so good luck and please keep us updated. What color do you plan to paint it?

Cool project, man. What type of ECU are you going to use? How about wiring harnesses? Is there a kit?

I haven't gotten a chance to do all the research I need to do on the swap right yet,
but from what I have read there are some swap kits, but I'm going to make everything that
I can myself to save on money. Apparently corvette motor mounts can be welded in to work,
and a GTO front sump oil pan works. Other than that, I don't know much yet.

As for color, I have no idea yet, color is at least a year away haha.

A good price

As for the interior, it really only needs a new dash. It will get a quick release steering wheel, and probably won't have a carpet or a back seat.

i may try my hand at drifting, which is why i don't plan on putting a ton of money into looks for this thing, just something clean looking.
