Because some people believe dogs are nothing more than property.. no better than the sidewalk out front of their house or the roll of toilet paper in their bathrooms.

This is not the worst case of animal cruelty I've ever heard of, but it's certainly horrific. Me, being an animal lover, (6 dogs, 2 parakeets, 2 turtles, a rat, and a rabbit) I actually get sick when I hear about things like this. The sad thing is, people can shoot 80 of their dogs in the head at their puppy mill because they don't want to pay vet bills and suffer no consequences for it.. That happened this past summer.

I only wish people who commit animal cruelty could suffer the same conditions they put the animals through.

I hope they find who did this, and let a couple of ravid, rabies infected animals, and let them loose in a cage with this guy. He is more of an animal then the poor dog was.

That is messed up. The other day there was a story about a bunch of kids playing soccer with a kitten, it ended up having it's legs amputated. It's a world full of screwed up people.

i think people who do this **** and murder should be put into a field and tied to a fence post and just be left for dead and if they try to escape then they get there hands cut off

funny this **** happens EVERYDAY to HUMANS....noone really posts about that....but when a dog get hurt you guys go off.

yeah it is messed up....but there are FAR more serious things happening in this world

Its because humans can choose who they hang around and what they do. Dogs on the other hand have instincts. They don't choose their owners, they don't choose to be homeless. A human can protect him or herself, a dog is pretty much helpless.
