Good Bye CarV2, Hello J-Tune!

Man, where to begin..... A lot has been going on here at CarV2. This is the last month for CarV2 at this facility, and pretty soon James will be wrapping up his car and sending it to Cali. He's pretty close to having it done. He bolted up his Midori 3 1/2 inch exhaust last night. This is the stuff dreams are made of, check out his build on FreshAlloy.

Heres the link.....
http://forums.freshalloy.com/showthread.php?t=180999

Anyways the facility has changed hands and the shop is now called J-Tune.
The new owner's name is Hok. He's a pretty cool guy thats really into Nissan's. He was a Nissan technician for 6 years, and an avid autoX'er. His S14 is going to be a shop project that will focus on grip driving, and the added road course's will be a way of promotion for J-Tune. Guys feel free to stop buy and get a feel for the new shop owner. We will be having a going away party for CarV2/Grand Opening BBQ/ Car Show towards the end of the month. I'll keep you informed...

Here's some new and old CarV2 pic's. They will be Missed.

It really is a shame to see James and Jay leaving the area. Having been friends with them since day 1, even when Rudy was involved, it is sad to see good people such as them leave.

Car V2, James and Jay are just two cool fellas. I had a few jobs done by Cv2 and sported their logo with pride. Rudy did most of the work on my rides, and I was sad to see him move on to the resturant business. I stopped in a month or so back and spoke with the fellas about the move to Cali. I wish them nothing but the best, and look forward to the new J-tuned shop! James and J kept that place as clean as can be.

Always a pleasure at CarV2, they were able to source some pretty trick parts for my current SpecV and were there every step of the way with my Talon, I still think Ill sport a CarV2 sticker on my car.

Tonys Car? Yeah it's a lot more fun since he ditched the APS single for the Built motor and Greddy Twins. He made a little over 600hp on CarV2's Dynapac dyno. That was an Awesome project!

I can't say anything but good stuff about James, Jay, and CarV2. This was by far the most clean, organized and knowledgable shop I've been to. I can't remember the last shop I was in that put cars up on lifts to be able to wax the shop floor The new owner has a good place to start business and I wish him luck. I'll stop by sometime to check it out... we'll have to swap autox stories
