I have a business plan but my plans have changed and I am now looking for a job in the Hershey, Harrisburg, Lancaster, York area. Unfortunately I am in the position that most of us go through, which is being undecided on what you want to do. I graduated from Kutztown University this past May with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. So now I am on a mission to find a job. Brief Background: I have 3 years Retail Experience. I also have 5 years Supervisor/Manager Experience. I am not a desk job type of person. I prefer to be outside or at least on the go most of the time. Thanks for looking.

Just a quick note. I have been working all summer for a local landscape/lawncare company.
