Ticket: 76 in a 50
Okay so I got a ticket tonight. He first clocked me at 88 but then said he locked me in at 76. The cop was very nice and I was back to him. I am thankful he put me down for the 76. It was on rt 206 in rural area, clear night, no traffic only me and the cop. This is my first ticket, I am 18. My question is do I go to court or pay it. I know you can pay some surcharge thing and get the points off but how much is it. My second question is If i go to court should I get a lawyer. And third how much am I looking to pay if I pay it and How much am I looking if i go to court.

Back of the ticket should have all that info for you. If not you should call the court of the town you were inssued the summons in.
