I know this has been a common topic but i couldnt find my answer reading through all the different posts about Pa tint.... so here goes

Can you be pulled over for illegal tint in Pa with no other reasons for the traffic stop? If it has already been asked just post the link- no need to answer it again...

iN NJ yes now you can as for PA I have to look that one up
