well... i complained about static quality and i said to cancel my subscription. they sent me a free fm adapter and free pro installation along with 2 free months of service. i'm like, phst, 5 min install and i was done. now i have this prepaid card...

does it have any value? or if anybody is thinking of buying satelite radio, i'll just give it to them.

I was going to cancel my service for one of my units since the antenna broke. They gave me 3 months free for time to get a new antenna.

I should complain every few months.
