In February of 2007 I finally decided to try and trade in my 2003 Honda Civic Si. I have always wanted a WRX so that was my first option. So after looking at a couple, I finally found a 2005 WRB in DE at Matt Slap Subaru. I took it for a test drive and knew this was the one I wanted. So after being there all day I took the plunged and traded my civic in and got a good deal. Now its been almost a year with the car and I'm glad I got it. Now for the pics.

Then I entered my car in Hot Import Nights Philly in May of 07. I was originally going to put the civic in, but since I traded it in I decided to put the WRX in to see what the show life is like and to get a feel for it.

Then in October I purchased a set of Rota Tarmac 3's 18 x 8.0 +48 in Hyper Black.

simple yet clean.

how do you like the s-techs on stock struts? i love the drop, but i have heard mixed reviews on them. i am debating between them and the h-techs.

i like them. it takes bumps like a champ. ride feels pretty smooth. definitely smoother then the civic.

i had s-techs on my eclipse. nice drop but it hit HARD on bumps within weeks of havin them on. as far as on a suby i have no idea (im not dropped yet)

yea, the reviews the people on NASIOC give about the s-techs made me weary about considering them. i think they give a great drop (appearance wise) which is the only reason i want them. i just want to get ride of the hideous wheel gap. i am worried just worried about ride quality with the s-techs.

and if you ever want to sell or trade those wheels, let me know, i love them! :p

so tonight after work i finally purchased the STi hoodscoop and put it on. i didnt really like the WRX one, it was just too small. i also bought an a-pillar gauge pod. together it all cost me $45. so i'm happy right now. next up will prob be air/fuel ratio and oil pressure gauges, up pipe, and injectors. oh and i want to thank bryan for the super 16g. cant wait to put it on.

Just got an estimate from the insurance company on saturday and faxed it to the body shop this morning so I should be bringing it in this week hopefully.

Na, i am gonna keep it, i am gonna paint my wing flat black, not the whole thing just the shelf part, i also swapped my tails to 04-05, you probably saw them yesterday where i park my car at work, and i picked up an 04-05 STi hood scoop, if it fits i am gonna paint that flat black also if not i ll just paint my stock one flat black. It will look sick
