That table was sweet. Funny episode. Those old Porshes can be money pits.

They edited the SLR review from the British version. In the British version, when he is discussing the brakes and he says that they glow when you use them, he then says the catch on fire when you use them alot. They actually show them burning on the British version. They probably don't want the American buyer of this car worrying about them catching on fire.

They edited the EVO vs. Lambo episode last week as well. For one, (the U.S. version) they never mentioned that the car was an FQ-400… they just called it an EVO. And two, they edited out the “dreaded turbo lag” segment of the report. (Not that turbo lag is a big issue… just downshift.)

I’ve been recording these so I can finally watch these segments on a large screen (and to prove to my friends that the EVO can hang with the exotics!)

the ONLY thing I like about US TG is the proce conversions, i always took the price conversion as about 2:1 US:UK but now they make me not have to think.

but for the prosche part going back and forth was just gay, they were introducing themselves talking about cars

yeah the us top gear arent as good as the uk one , i used to download all the episodes from the uk off of finalegear.com but they were thretened to be sued so they stopped it . the us one is better then nothing
