Want to get car painted anyone know a good place?
anyone know of a good place that would give some good prices. i dont want to spend a million dollars but i do want a nice paintjob. Im going to get it flat gray with my front lip painted flat black.

im with you man. im gettin my done for 1200 at a shop off of route on in philly. Its not gona be the greatest paintjob....but itl do the trick. ill get the contact info for you later.

re-spray same color. not maaco...maaco sucks from what i hear

Actually, the Maaco in Fairless Hills is a pretty good one. A lot of what you're paying for is the prep work, not necessarily the painting... thats the easy part. You may want to stop in that maaco on Rt. 1. (across from Load Rite) and talk to the guy at the desk. I forget his name but he is very nice and a straight shooter. Whats nice about going there as well, is that they most likely have a few finished products in the parking lot. If you want to inspect the work you can do so right there.
In my opinion, I'd stop washing it and skip the paint. Thats one of the best sleepers I've seen. |

ah so he was in an accident. they always bring the price up on those jobs cause the insurance companys are paying out. dammit i need to just get the belt on my car and get a good quote.

My friend Melissa just got a basic repaint from the Maaco on Licoln Hwy. If you want to check it out give me a PM and I'll give ya my number. She paid about 550 for paint and strips. I also got mine painted by a small shop off of Bath Road. Was 1k but they also did inside the doors and truck/engine. Looks pretty good. Come check it out, I'm right in L-town
