What happens if you go to inspection with two cats in a row?

...yes this is a serious question.

Is your car supposed to have 2 cats? If not there might be an issue caused by tampering with the emissions system.

my car's got 2. Precat comes first, which is at the base of the downpipe, and functions as a 'warmup' cat. The other is the 3 gas cat converter. I'm removing that dp and cat, but leaving the second one in.
