Another one of my exhaust. Sorry its 3 minutes but my editor doesnt take MOV files for some reason. startup and rev, then 2 driveby shots, and one for parking. Look is questionable, but sound is definately better than most civics ive heard. Let me know what you think, thanks

It sounds like an SRT-4. I am not personally a big fan of side exit exhaust quite like that on a civic, but I must say, it does sound good.

side exit seems mighty retarted on a civic
, and im sure you would achieve the same sound if u just dumped it in the back

I am honestly conviced it gets that rumble from the bend in the pipe...almost the same way the srt-4 gets that rumble from the pretzel shape exhaust. However I could be wrong

Why does a dumped SRT-4 sound the same then?

Well im sure that contributes as well (im not running a muffler either at the moment), but I think its the bends that really give it that rumble. If anyone thinks im wrong, please correct me cause I want to know myself

NO idea about flooding lol

Here is how i remember the tone of the exhaust. When Greg and I were doing the setup, i ran it around his block with no axleback and it was really nice and deep but I dont remember it having that rumble sound. When we did the pipe, it got that srt-4ish tone, so im thinkin thats what did it for me.

Well it was kinda the fact that we were gona put a twin loop muffler on, and im not a fan of the look of the thing. Plus, with this style, i havent seen a single other civic with it.

he also took his resonator off and he likes to come down his street in low gear at high rpms. My side exit is twice as loud as his cause mine is a full turbo back with no cat and no resonator, but you couldnt hear me coming down his street till i was idling outside of his house... His sat better cause I took him to Mike R's exhaust shop. The same guy that did mine. Only took a hour to fab up the exhaust
