If youre going to be an e-thug and knock everyones car as if you are the foremost authority on what people should do at least have a car that makes you credible.

I am in no way an e-thug. And taking a year old picture of my little brother's car and trying to make fun of it doesn't really bother me. And what's plus 9 years?

And I'm pretty sure that me and the owner of this car have talked about his need for a little more front camber due to the suspension design on the front of a 240. And with a good ride height for the street and proper camber for pushing the car hard everyone in a while a small wheel spacer would bring those front wheels out and make them flush with the fender. Which in turn would make the front of the car look and perform even better.

that whole wider is better thing pretty much applies to things like a sprinter van vs. an Enzo.. on a street driven S14 240SX with a body kit and big wheels (although it does look real good), a 1/4 inch spacer on either side is not going to do a damn thing for performance. this guy's already got the 'ultra jdm flush' look down perfectly, i don't see how bringing it out any further would do anything besides make it look awkward. judging by the cleanness of the rest of the car and the fact that he seems to buy quality parts (i.e. Works instead of the identical looking rotas), i think if he wanted different fitment he would have bought a different offset wheel. and about the camber thing, if he's that concerned with it he would have good coilovers with pillowball mounts (he may have them already) that he can adjust for track days only. people who drive with extreme negative camber either are trying way to hard to fit in or they have pockets that are way too deep, replacing tires is damn expensive.

The front wheels aren't flush. They're a lot better than most people, but they could go out a little further and make them look even better. I mean he put 20 or 30mm wider fenders on the front for wheels that will fit fine on a stock bodied car, so why not take advantage of that extra space.

You don't know what you're talking about with the camber thing. 240s need camber in the front to handle well especially when lowered. Even though this car isn't that low, it's still probably in a less favorable part of the camber curve which is horrible for too low cars with a macpherson strut setup. So by running more static camber, you will be able to use more of the tire when you're actually driving the car. And running a proper amount of camber will lead to more even tire wear.

Give wiisass **** and i get pissed off, talk **** on my old supra, i get really pissed off. Anyone who followed the life of this car would know the work, time and headaches that went into building it. so i would recommend shutting the **** up. however, i'm guessing this response has something to do with the inferiority complex you have developed over the years from driving a civic. so i can't blame you, i would likely feel the same if i never progressed from my high school car.

probably not a good idea to get into an intellectual argument with wiisass on suspension related issues, he knows more than you, i promise.
