On the 4th of july this year i was asked to drive to owner of springfield fords 2007 red convertable gt500 in springfields 4th of july parade, the car may have 15 miles on it and fresh ass tires

anyone in the area keep an eye out

The gt500 should be right at home going 2mph. Its a good thing cause those cars are slow anyway.

GT500's are sweet. I wouldnt want to drive it at all if it was only going to be 2mph. I'm driving a tour de france blue 360 spider all the way to joisey next week, looking forward to that.

Me and a friend are meeting up in Austin around mid august. He is gonna rent a GT500 for the week so we shall see just what this thing can do.

Where are you renting it from? Are you sure it's the GT500 and not one of the Hertz Mustangs (GT350)??? Completely different cars if so. The only reason I ask is because I have only see 1 or 2 "exotic" rental places across the US that rent out the GT500.
