2 supras on PA turnpike, Black and Blue

I was cruisin on my way to the mountains and I saw a black supra come up behind me. I pulled right to let him pass and check out the car and gave him the thumbsup, he gave it right back. Then i realized there was another supra (blue) right behind him. Both had exausts and front mounts. Blue one had rims and a large wing. Anyone on here??

did the blue supra have that "TRD" emblem on the back left side, and did u try and play with them at all?

the black one was me and the blue one is my buddy, Erven aka jam98tt ...hey man, I got nice blingy street wheels too but I threw my stock wheels back on with R compounds for the track day. We were going up to Pocono for an HPDE track day by PDA. We had a great time. After I got a few minor things tweeked, like air pressure and boost, my car ran great. Another guy who has posted here, 2MCHPWR, my buddy Scott, was also there in his FD/LS; very nice strong car but he had a hose blow and had to quit early.

Oh thats awesome. Yea you guys had beautiful cars. I was headin to my lake house up there which is about 10 mins from the track. You guys shoulda followed me and I could have shown you the back roads to get there. Lots of fun twisties and some good straights, never any cops either.


Very nice rides though. I had to get over in the other lane so i could check um out. Nice to see you

Sometime I'd like to check out some nice back roads up there. Just driving around and getting lost I've stumbled on a couple, I'm sure there are more.

On Friday night we were heading to my sister's house up off Rt 940 east of Blakeslee, we stayed there overnight so we could get to the track no later than 7am Saturday morning.

When we got to the house I mentioned to my buddy that I was surprised to see you pass us before you got off that exit since we passed you quite a ways back and I didn't know you were still close to us or following us.

Yea i backed off so I could check out ur cars, then i stuck witho you guys all the way up. I was behind ur buddy most of the time.

PS: the cars sounded great in the tunnel!

Man, I'm from the Poconos... right off the White Haven exit and I haven't had the pleasure of seeing a Supra in the area to this day haha

Next time we go to Pocono I'll post a thread about the event and hopefully you'll see it. This May 5 PDA event was mentioned on this forum, but I think it was buried in a thread about something else.

As far as upcoming events, SCCA has a PDX track day on June 15 & 16 I think, not yet sure I'll make that one. Then here's PDA's schedule
